Vitteaut-Alberti was created in 1951 by Lucien Vitteaut and his wife of Italian origin Maria Alberti in Rully, the birthplace of sparkling Bourgogne wines. The estate’s 23 hectares of vineyards located on some of the best sites of the Côte de Beaune and Chalonnaise has allowed the family to make fresh and elegant white, blancs de blancs, and rosé Crémants de Bour- gogne wines for three generations. Today, Vtteaut-Alberti is one of the most common names mentioned when speaking of the best cremant producers in the region.
