Founded in 2017, T.O.S. Distillerie—short for “The Other Side”—is a small, artisanal distillery located in the barley-rich region of Hauts-de-France. Originally an extension of the Brasserie Saint Germain brewery, known for its Page 24 beers, the distillery was created by Stéphane Bogaert and his team to explore the craft of distilling in a region with a rich brewing and agricultural heritage.
T.O.S. specializes in producing high-quality, small-batch spirits such as Artesia, a single malt whisky, and Boutefeu Genièvre, a historic juniper-based spirit native to the region. The distillery emphasizes local sourcing and traditional methods, blending the old-world charm of their region with modern innovation.
