The Castellani family has been producing wines of place in the south of Italy since 1903. With an eye towards sustainable farming practices and all planting using massal selection, vineyards are also diversified with polyculture. No additives are used in the cellar except for SO2. As an added bonus, all of the Petraio wines are vegan friendly.
