Miquel Pons has 250 years of winemaking heritage, with 60 hectares of vineyards around their ancient estate of Cal Montargull in the D.O. Penedes. In 2013, Joan Pons I Font, head of the wine cellar, began the conversion to ecological wine, implementing an environmentally friendly agricultural system to produce more natural wines respecting the nature and culture of our environment.
