Simone Santini planted his first vineyard on a small, beautiful estate near San Gimignano in 1986. He has grown grapes following organic practices from the start and has been certified organic since 1995. This healthy vineyard produces beautiful fruit and all Simone’s efforts are to craft the highest quality wine possible. Though he is mesmerizing in conversation, wines made by “The Great Santini” speak for themselves.
