The Pillot family started working in the vineyards of the Côte Chalonnaise over 150 years ago. Today father and son are at the helm. Laurent having taken over from his brother, has recently begun to hand down his passion and know-how for viticulture to his son Romain (the 6th generation), who himself has traveled and studied wine extensively over the last several years. Domaine Pillot produces a range of very accessible, high quality Chardonnays and Pinot Noir from the great value Côte Chalonnaise area in the heart of Burgundy.
