Can Xa sustainably farms 48 hectares of vineyards on sandy limestone and clay soils. The vines range in age from 20-40 years old. Harvest is carried out by hand in small boxes and sorted both in the vineyard, and again at the winery before processing. The wine is aged in bottle for 14 months before disgorgement.
