This small family run Domaine is situated in Saint Denis de Vaux, tucked away in the heart of the Côte Chalonnaise area of Burgundy. The family has just over 14 hectares of vines covering several appellations: Mercurey, Bourgogne Côte Chalonnaise, Crémant de Bourgogne, Coteaux Bourguignons and Bourgogne Aligoté. Most of their production comes from Pinot Noir (80%) and Chardonnay (15%) but they also grow a little Aligoté and Gamay. They are sustainably focused in the vineyards letting the grass grow in between the rows of vines and they introduce all spent organic matter back into the soil, reducing their impact on their land. These wines have regularly received a “Star” from the Guide Hachette.
