Domaine de La Paleine is located in the heart of the Loire Valley, a stone’s throw from the magnificent collegiate church of Puy-Notre-Dame. The domaine was bought in 2005 by Marc Vincent and his wife Laurence. In 2010 they started the move to organic viticulture and in three short years had achieved their goal of organic certification. Four years later in 2017 the domaine became Demeter Biodynamic certified. The estates 35 ha are planted with Chenin Blanc for the whites and Cabernet Franc for the reds, both varieties ideally suited to the chalk/clay soils.
