Founded in 1990 by Jean-François and Cathy Izarn, Borie la Vitarèle is 18 hectares of vines in the AOC Saint-Chinian managed organically and biodynamically since 1998. The couple has made Borie la Vitarèle a true place of creation, stripped of superfluities and frills, of which the wines are the perfect reflection. Since the accidental disappearance of Jean-François in April 2014, Cathy and her daughter Camille have managed the estate jointly, supported by a trusted team. Since 2017, Camille has been vinifying the wines of Borie la Vitarèle.
