Veneto – Visiting Col di Rocca is a charming and inspiring experience. In an age where million-case-a-year conglomerates dominate the Prosecco industry, this estate wonderfully illustrates what it means to be boutique. You must travel off the highways and through the undulating hills of Treviso, through the countryside of  Prosecco’s DOCG Superiore Conegliano-Valdobbiadene to reach them. The estate vineyards are nestled among natural wooded and meadow areas, alongside olive groves and shrubs. Here, deep in the rolling Veneto landscape, the presence of the Glera grape dates back to the Roman Empire. Since taking over these fertile vineyards in 2005, Adriano and Emanuela Gurian have committed to producing complex wine from hand-harvested, estate fruit with an authentic dedication to quality and terroir.
