The Domaine is located in St Sulpice de Feyerens near Tertre Dauguay Grand Cru Classé (Tertre Dauguay was previously called Terte Du “Guet” which means watchtower because at 300m, it is a high point in that area). Passionate about wine, Marc and Laurence Vincent are now the owners of Château de Pasquette since 2009.
The estate covers 3.5 hectares with clay-limestone soils, with a layer of clay in the subsoil allowing the vines to avoid water stress. The work in the vineyard is done manually without the use of pesticides. The wine is fermented in stainless steel and then aged for 20 months in barrel.
At each stage of the process, the aim is to express the terroir of Château de Pasquette with delicacy, finesse and elegance.
