Cilento – The winery was officially born from the 1996 release of Kratos, which came from a small family vineyard plot planted in the 1970s. Since its inception, Luigi and Raffaella Maffini have expanded their vineyard holdings adding about 15 hectares in Cilento, a coastal area south of Naples protected by a national park designation. The vineyards lie in two distinct zones: the first overlooking the sea near Castell’abate, the second in the hills of Giungano near Paestum.
