The Domaine de Cantarelle was founded in 1974 and developed by the Dieudonné family in the 2000’s. Elodie Dieudonné, a Provence native, creates her wines with a feminine touch in an avant-garde, elegant and glamorous style. She has collaborated with Pascal Debon to introduce a Gin from Provence to express the fragrances and flavors of the region.
The result is a gin based on spirit distilled from Provence grapes and featuring five natural botanicals: juniper berries, limetree flowers, grapefruit, bitter orange peels and coriander. An incredibly aromatic gin with a luscious texture that is both familiar and exotic.
