In the Occitan dialect of Roccavione (a small town in Piedmont near the French border and Riviera), “Argalà” means satisfied, at peace of mind, and happy. The Argalà distillery was officially born in 2011, with the production of the first Italian artisanal Pastis. Friends Enrico Giordana and Piero Nuvoloni Bonet produce distinct and delightful spirits honoring the natural bounty of the Maritime Alps.
