Jean-François Gonon took over from his father in 1991. There are 14ha of vines, 8ha of Mâcon and 6 of Pouilly-Fuissé. Located in the Vergisson commune, in the southern end of the Mâconnais, the vines are at the foot of the famous limestone escarpment, Roche de Solutré. It is cool here, and the vine yields are restricted to help the grapes to ripen fully.
